Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area
We deliver within Germany and the European Union. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us at service@luscaro.de.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery periods begin after the conclusion of the contract and, where applicable, after receipt of payment.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Estimated transit times: Germany 2–5 business days; EU 5–10 business days. Actual times depend on carrier and destination.
Shipments are typically carried out via established carriers such as DHL, DPD or UPS.
Delivery times are estimates and not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on destination, weight and service.
We offer free standard shipping. Additional charges may apply for express or special services, if offered.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties/taxes payable by the recipient. We have no control over such charges.
5. Delivery Issues
If a parcel is undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to us, we can re-ship at your request (additional postage applies) or refund the order price minus outbound postage (where charged). If you notice lost or damaged parcels, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of the expected delivery date, to allow us to assess and process claims with the carrier.
