Refund policy

A. Instructions on Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers as defined by law.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:
The period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:
You must inform us (Luscaro, Laurenz Ruf, Gerichtsweg 116, 52355 Düren, Germany, Email: service@luscaro.de) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal:
We shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but excluding supplementary costs resulting from a non-standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. This includes the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery.
If you used a payment service provider (e.g., Klarna), the refund will be processed via the same provider. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of goods:

Send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal to the following address:

Return costs:
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Diminished value:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(i) goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
(ii) sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they were unsealed after delivery;
(iii) goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
