Once your parcel has been processed by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Using the link provided in the email, you can check the status of your order and view the estimated delivery date. Please note that it may take several hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
Important Information
Due to our automated order processing system, it is not possible to change your shipping address or cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. If you notice an error in your address details, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday only.

** Insurance Disclaimer: All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from Aurélien to the delivery address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified address, insurance coverage ends.
All orders are shipped from our distribution partner located in Germany (EU). This means that orders placed within the EU are not subject to import taxes or customs duties.
International shipping outside the EU is not available at this time. We are currently preparing to expand our delivery destinations and look forward to offering this service very soon.
Once you have received the order confirmation email, it is no longer possible to change your order or shipping address. We work with an automated fulfillment partner, and in order to ensure fast delivery, orders are processed almost immediately.
If you have entered incorrect address details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

If the delivery of your order takes longer than stated, we recommend checking your tracking information first.
1. Shipping Status: Delivered
If the tracking details indicate that the parcel has been delivered, we kindly recommend that you:
- Check with household members or living partners
- Ask your neighbors whether they may have received the parcel on your behalf
If the parcel cannot be located, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
These investigations may take up to two weeks.
Average resolution time: 4 days.
2. Shipping Status: No Updates / Error Code
If the tracking information has not been updated for several days (5–10 days) or displays an error code, please contact the respective shipping carrier directly.
Alternatively, our customer support team can also initiate an investigation with the carrier.

3. Shipping Status: Returned to Sender
If the tracking details show that the parcel has been returned to our distribution partner, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the reason for the return and arrange a re-shipment of the item to you.

Please note that we are not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address or lost by the shipping carrier if the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
